1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TraveloTech.ai platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Usage

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. BYOS™ Supplier Credentials

You retain ownership of all supplier credentials and relationships. You represent that you have authorization to provide credentials for integration. We handle credentials with PCI-compliant security practices.

4. Data and Anonymized Intelligence

Transaction data processed through the platform may contribute to anonymized, aggregate intelligence models within TraveloGenome™. No personally identifiable or commercially sensitive data is shared across tenants.

5. Service Level Agreement

Paid plans include API SLAs as specified in your plan documentation. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds per the terms in your plan agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

TraveloTech.ai retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and all derived intelligence. Clients retain ownership of their supplier relationships, inventory, and brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraveloTech.ai's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 30 days before deletion per our data retention policy.
